YEARS AT PEMBROKE One

STRENGTH ON THE COMMITTEE This year I served as the nerdy IT rep for the committee, so yes…you can ask me any random computer related questions you might have. I’ve also memorised the location of every great pub/cocktail bar in Oxford…

WHY PEMBROKE? Pembroke has by far the most active graduate community at Oxford. Whether you’re interested in sport, music or just hanging out in the MCR, there is no shortage of activities in which to be involved and plenty of great people to meet.

FAVOURITE OXFORD MOMENT SO FAR? Michaelmas Banquet – It’s one of the few times during a busy year when everyone in the MCR can get together for a black-tie dinner followed by a “slightly debaucherous” night on the town.

NUMBER ONE TIP FOR FRESHERS Don’t feel too overwhelmed by everything when you first arrive in Oxford. Be sure to attend all of the freshers’ week events and get to know all of your fellow Pembrokians as quickly as possible!!
