Pembroke MCR GDPR Policy

 

1.     By providing your personal data, including special category data, to the MCR committee, on or after 1st January 2020, through events sign-ups, or any other written means excluding financial claims, you are consenting for the data you submit to be stored on a secure server until January 1st five calendar years after the year the data was submitted (for example, data submitted between January 1st-December 31st 2020 will be stored on a secure drive until January 1st 2025, when it will be deleted).

 

2.     Any personal data, including special category data, provided to the MCR committee, on or after 1st January 2020, through financial claims will be stored on a secure server until January 1st five calendar years after the year the data was submitted (for example, data submitted between January 1st-December 31st 2020 will be stored on a secure drive until January 1st 2025, when it will be deleted) due to the MCR’s legal obligations to retain financial information.
 

3.     Any personal data, including special category data, provided to the MCR committee, on or before December 31st 2019, through financial claims will be stored on a secure server until January 1st 2025, when it will be deleted, due to the MCR’s legal obligations to retain financial information.
